  1. Challenges and Strategies in Harmonizing Growth, Profitability, and Sustainability - Presented by Mette Kjems Baerentzen, Director of Decarbonisation, Kalmar. Leading Kalmar’s efforts in driving decarbonisation through collaboration with customers and business development.

  2. Integrating growth, profitability and sustainability into Core Strategy - Presented by Alf-Gunnar Karlgren, VP Counter Balanced, Kalmar and Jelle Burger, Program Lead Electrification Pilots, APMT. Alf-Gunnar is leading the Counter Balanced Division at Kalmar, striving for productive, safe, and sustainable reach stackers, forklifts, and empty handlers. Jelle is leading the programme preparing for an electric fleet and contributing to the development of electric Container Handling Equipment (CHE).

  3. Innovations Creating Sustainable Value - Presented by Marko Hopeaharju, Head of Horizontal Transportation Solutions, Kalmar. Leading a team dedicated to developing, delivering, and servicing the most sustainable straddle carriers for container handling operations.

    3.1. The Potential of AI in Implementing Sustainable Solutions - Presented by Miika Murremäki, Head of Digital Solutions, Kalmar. Leading the Digital Solutions organisation, focusing on connectivity, AI, analytics, and technology platforms for safer and more sustainable solutions.

    3.2. Making a Difference with Sustainable Services - Presented by Fredrik Fogelklou, VP Parts & Logistics Solutions, Kalmar. Leading the transformation of Kalmar’s Parts & Logistics business, providing global support for optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
