  • Kalmar Corporation complies with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and Securities Markets Act, as well as the Company’s
    Articles of Association and Code of Conduct. Kalmar’s class B share is listed at Nasdaq Helsinki and the Company complies with the rules and guidelines of Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority as well as with all the recommendations of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code, published by the Securities Markets Association.

    The General Meeting is Kalmar’s governing body exercising supreme authority. The Board of Directors elected annually by the General Meeting uses the highest decision-making power in Kalmar between the General Meetings. The President and CEO, appointed by the Board of Directors, is supported by the Leadership Team.
